My favourite Chinese takeaway! I always have Singapore noodles and salt n pepper chicken. I won't go anywhere else. Always hot, fresh and tasty. Lovely family run business. Thank you for my Xmas 2026 calendar, I love it, can't wait to hang it up!

Delicious food and friendly service! This family run takeaway offers freshly cooked Chinese favourites with very reasonable prices. The owners have been in the restaurant business for over 50 years and it shows. For our first visit, we kept it simple - Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Beef Chow Mein, Chicken Chow Mein and Prawn Crackers. The food was absolutely delicious, meat was tender, not too spicy or salty and a fair portion size. We shall definitely be returning to order more! Well done!

Upon my first visit a few weeks ago I can honestly say the food was 10/10. I was met with a very warm welcome from the staff who were also very friendly. Very tasty food and good sized portions. Would highly recommend!

I live somewhere else now and obviously I’ve tried many Chinese takeaways in Britain and around the world and nothing compares to this take away! I’ve had it since I was a kid, the food is always tasty, their spicy squid with chilli and salt is amazing, no other Chinese makes it like they do. The lady who runs the restaurant is also one of the most lovely, attentive person. Truly recommend this place!

I was once a resident in Kingston Upon Thames and this would be my go to Chinese Takeaway. The owners of this family run business are very friendly and serve an excellent choice of Chinese takeaway dishes. Their set menus are fairly decent for those who are new to Chinese food or simply cannot decide from the large variety of dishes. At every opportunity when I pass Kingston, I will pick up food from here and it is always a pleasure to revisit and dine on the great Chinese food that the Lotus Room has to offer.
